Asbury Hills
Camps
Asbury Hills Camp is a ministry
of the South Carolina Conference of the United Methodist
Church, located in the South Carolina mountains about 30 miles
north of Greenville. While the camp is open year-round for
retreats, conferences and family recreation, Asbury Hills also
offers summer camping experiences for children and youth.
Day Camps
Bethany’s Christian Education division conducts a
Day Camp for
one week every summer, usually in June, for children
completing first through sixth grades. The Day Camp is an
outdoor program where children are exposed to study, prayer,
nature, crafts and outdoor sports.
Summer Sports Camps
Each summer ,
Bethany United Methodist Church offers a number of sports camps for children

Basketball Camps
Through our summer basketball camps, children learn fundamental
basketball skills. Boys' and girls' camps are held on separate
weeks, and participants are grouped by age. Basketball Camps
are usually held in June, Monday through Thursday and,
depending on age, in mornings or afternoons.

Multi-Challenge
Camp
This camp is especially for youth
who’ve completed the fifth through eighth grades. Participants
will canoe down the rapids of the Saluda River, climb to the
top of a rock wall and mountain bike in Harbison Forest. Each
day of this camp is a new adventure!
