Junior and senior high basketball players may elect to play in the S.C. United Methodist Basketball Tournament. In order to play in the tournament, you must be a member of a United Methodist Church or active in UMC Youth Ministries from at least November until March, when the state tournament is held.

The Bethany UMC Junior Girls’ Team captured the 2003 S.C. United Methodist Basketball Tournament State Championship! The team also received the Milford Sportsmanship Award!
