Schedule of Operation
Kids Care is open Monday through Friday, from 2:30 to 6 p.m., on days when school is in session in Dorchester District II. Kids Care is open on teacher work days and holidays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Kids Care is closed on the following days: Labor Day, the Thanksgiving holidays, Christmas and New Year's Day, Good Friday and Memorial Day. Contact the Kids Care Director for specific dates.

The Kids Care Summer Program is open all summer from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Enrichment Activities and Spiritual Development
During the Kids Care Program, children learn about God’s love through music, stories, prayer and other activities, and are nurtured by a caring staff. Crafts, art, music, games and story time are offered daily to provide opportunities for creativity and learning. Field trips are offered during the summer, teacher work days and holidays.

Snacks
A nutritious snack is offered at the beginning of each afternoon session as the children gather for assembly.

Free Play
Supervised free play extends the physical and social skills developed during organized play and games.
