About Us - Introduction to Bethany United Methodist Church

Bethany United Methodist Church in Summerville, South Carolina, has been serving the spiritual needs of the greater Summerville area since 1857. For most of our history, Bethany was a small village church nestled in sleepy Summerville. But as Summerville has awakened to the reality of its lure as an ideal place to live and work, Bethany has grown to meet the needs of a growing community.
